What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?

Healing is a process that takes work, and I'd like the client to trust that I am with them throughout their journey. I’d like the client to know that they are in a safe space, where they can be open, and there’s no judgment.

Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?

I serve as a guide that helps the client recognize the signs. My time working with the client is to help them identify and overcome the barriers necessary for healing. My role is also to be a source of support, empathy, and compassion.

What drives your passion for seeing clients?

My passion comes from my own experience and understanding the impact mental health can have on our lives. I am inspired by seeing individuals who come to therapy and aspire to know themselves better and grow.

How do you believe clients "get better"?

Clients get better when they gain insight into themselves and develop the tools and skills necessary to create a strong foundation for sustainable growth in their lives. Healing occurs when the clients ideal self is aligned with their behaviors.
