What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
I want my client to feel like they can openly express their feelings without judgements. I also want them to know they are in control and I will be next to them through the new journey they have decided to embark on.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
I am the person who is holding space for them to untangle and declutter their mental mess. At the same time providing support, guidance and insight for a clearer mind.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
The ability to connect emphatically and compassionately with the client. Being able to help others achieve their goals and seeing a smile on their faces drives me to continue having passion for my profession.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
Clients get better when they are fully invested and committed to therapy. Therapy is not only about processing and attended session however it is the work that is done outside of the therapy room.
