Luna Chen

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Luna received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Luna is Asian-American raised in South Florida. She can speak fluent English and Conversational Cantonese. Luna began her therapeutic career because she loves working with individuals, families and couples to create fuller and healthier lives. Luna works from a systemic lenses which means the client and therapist will work together to understand patterns and behaviors that stem from our relationships, interactions, society and family roots and learn how to manage these dynamics. Luna hopes that clients will be able to gain new perspectives and healing through her empathy, therapeutic relationship and therapeutic methods.

Luna believes in a client-center approach. This means the belief is that the client understands themselves best and Luna is the guide on their journey in life.

What drives your passion for seeing clients?

Luna loves working with her clients because she understands everyone sometimes needs a listening ear and empathic support.

How do you believe clients "get better"?

Every client that comes to therapy is on their own journey to process their individual situations. Clients �get better� when they are able to manage and cope with their individual situations in a healthy manner.
