My name is Sara Alvarez. I graduated high school in 2019. I'm currently enrolled in Miami-Dade College for Education. I took an interest early 2022 to become an RBT. I obtained my license in April 2022 and enjoy working in the ABA field. For the future, my goal is to continue with the ABA field. Eventually, becoming a BCABA and a BCBA.

What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?

It's very important for my client and I to have a close relationship. I want my client to feel that they can talk to me about anything or ask me anything.

Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?

I believe I'm there to support the client with anything that is needed to manage their problems.

What drives your passion for seeing clients?

I enjoy seeing my clients grow when it comes to activities that include OT or speech. As well as any school accomplishments.

How do you believe clients "get better"?

I believe clients get better with the right support team and good reinforcers.
