Shardae Wilson
Registered Behavior Technician
Shardae Wilson was born in Miami, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and received her Graduate degree in Special Education from Northcentral University. She is a Certified Special Education teacher and the ESE Support Facilitator at the school she is employed. Her transition to ABA is due to her love for being a part in the growth and development of children with special needs. She is currently enrolled in a certificate program at the University of West Florida to obtain her BCBA licensure.

What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
It is important for my client to feel that I am there to help. Not only help but to provide the services needed for improvement.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
For a client I feel as if i'm a reinforcer as well as the intervention in itself. I believe that I aide in increasing good behavior.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
Seeing my clients progress drives my passion for seeing clients. The connection that is built with me and that child is priceless and it makes the job worthwhile.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
Clients get better gradually over time. I believe the attitude of the therapists plays a major role in a clients progress or them "getting better."
