Sherley Noel
Registered Behavior Technician
Sherley graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor's in Nursing and a minor in Psychology. She is now finished getting her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Walden University and is currently working on becoming a certified BCBA. Her inspiration to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) began during a college course focused on children with disabilities, which ignited her passion for improving their lives. Sherley believes in the principle that "a child learns better when they don't even realize they are learning," often referred to as naturalistic teaching in ABA therapy. Her honorable future goal is to develop innovative and inclusive ABA programs that empower children with disabilities to reach their fullest potential and actively participate in their communities.
