About Yosmara Massana, BS, RBT
Yosmara has been a member of MIS team since September 2019. She is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016. Yosmara has a master degree in psychology with emphasis in behavior analysis and is working on her continued independent fieldwork hours in the hopes of becoming a BCBA shortly. She has over two years of experience providing one-to-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum, ADHD, developmental delays and related problem behaviors at home, and school settings ranging from 4-to-12 years old. She enjoys working with children and is passionate about ABA and how it can help many families and make a difference in so many children’s lives. Yosmara’s greatest reward is witnessing the growth of the children she works with.
