Lexus Holden
Registered Behavior Technician
Lexus graduated from the University of West Florida in 2020 with a degree in Biology. A year later, she returned and continued her education in ESE and ABA. She began working in ABA in 2018 when she was looking for a summer job and experience working with children to write on her resume for DPT school; however, after spending multiple years in ABA and growing to learn the field and being exposed to various children, Lexus decided to continue her education in ABA. Lexus is a fun, loving, and caring individual that enjoys seeing her clients smile. She consistently advocates for clients and makes sure that their needs are met. Although Lexus did not continue on the path to becoming a physical therapist, she hopes to one day expand her talents to health and fitness while applying the tools and strategies she learned using ABA.

What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
When my clients are working with me, I want them to know that their feelings are validated, and I will always support them in the best way I can.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
I am their best friend they know they can trust, someone they know who is there to support them and not harm them.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
It is as simple as seeing their smile, hearing their laugh, and creating memories.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
It all comes down to teamwork. Everyone in the client's immediate circle has to be involved and want the same outcome while allowing the client free autonomy.
You're my person, will always be my person (Cristina Yang)
