What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
When working with a client, I want them to feel that I am a safe place for them to learn and grow. It is very important to me to build a strong relationship with my clients so that we can have fun together while also meeting goals and reaching milestones.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
I believe I serve as an aid for clients in finding different outlets, providing resources, and offering tools to help them learn. My goal is for clients to use these resources confidently, become self-sufficient, and achieve their goals.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
Working with my clients and seeing their progress motivates me to continue supporting them. I know that even the smallest step forward means there is potential for even greater growth.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
I believe that building a strong relationship with clients plays a vital role in helping them reach milestones. I also believe in working consistently, maintaining programs, and providing the necessary reinforcement that clients earn.
