What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?

It is crucial for the client to feel comfortable and establish rapport with the therapist. In addition, it is important to establish a positive and supportive learning environment for the client.

Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?

As a therapist, we take on the role of mentorship and coaching clients and their families, to assist in navigating behavioral challenges and teaching appropriate replacement behaviors. In addition, we hold the responsibility of providing additional resources if necessary to best support a client and their family.

What drives your passion for seeing clients?

Being a therapist is a fulfilling and rewarding job as evidenced by client progress and overall satisfaction with services being rendered. Providing quality services ensures clients not only establish a bond but also obtain the best possible outcomes.

How do you believe clients "get better"?

This varies from each client as we use a tailored and individualized approach to best meet the needs of the client and their family. Every milestone should be celebrated along the journey towards meeting final goals and adjustments to treatment should be made accordingly if necessary to best assist the individual.
