What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
It is most important to me that my clients feel safe. Therapy can be challenging and feeling safe and fully supported can make that process easier and allow them to open up and grow in transformative ways.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
I consider myself a guide for my clients. They are in the driver's seat, and I am alongside them; asking thoughtful questions, offering insight, and helping them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we recognize what's working, celebrate progress, and make adjustments toward healing and growth.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
What drives my passion is helping people see that change is possible. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of someone’s journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Seeing clients recognize their strength and begin to thrive motivates me every day.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
I believe clients get better by developing self-awareness and being honest with themselves. Healing begins when they recognize familiar patterns that no longer serve them and start making intentional choices that align with who they want to become.
