What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
I strive to create an environment in the therapy room where my clients feel genuinely seen, heard, safe, and understood.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
I believe my role is to serve as a mirror for my clients, guiding them in recognizing and understanding patterns within themselves, fostering self-awareness and growth.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
My own transformative mental health journey serves as the driving force behind my passion for working with clients on their individual paths to wellness.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
I believe that clients “get better” when they become aware of how their thoughts and behaviors impact their daily lives and choose to take positive action based on that awareness.
